I was raised in Northern Michigan on the Great Lakes and in 2004 moved to California. In 2007 I graduated from Mesa College with a Physical Therapy Assistant Degree and took my California Board Licensure Exam. I have been a PTA in Ventura for over 17 years with a focus on outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy. Along with my advanced clinical knowledge I am a Personal Trainer, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Elite Trainer, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, and Health & Wellness Coach. I love advancing my skills and knowledge and I’m happy to have completed 500+ hours of Massage Therapy and now a Licensed Massage Therapist and soon will be taking my National Exam.

I have been married 20 years, 2 children (17 & 12) and our chocolate Labrador- Blue. Our family loves adventures and lives for the winters in Mammoth skiing and mountain biking in the summer. We also love time on the Ocean with trips to the Islands. Both my children are in multiple sports and it’s important to me to keep them on track and healthy for better performance.

My goal is for quicker access to goal based exercises, corrective bodywork, nutrition and wellness coaching all in one.
