  • Holistic Nutrition - wellness coaching

    “Lifestyle Change” is my belief. I do not use ‘diet’ in my work. If you are looking to make healthier choices, loose weight, gain muscle or just feel better.

    Nutrition Consultation $90 hour

    Note- with personal training membership I have included basic nutrition. Sport specific nutrition goals, calories, proteins and lipids.

  • 24 hour cancelations are encouraged. No-show appointments will result in a 50% charge of scheduled appointment time slot.
